Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: ensuring the guests' needs (both internal and external) are anticipated and exceeded, while balancing the requirements of our shareholders. This ambitious, self-motivated individual will possess superior communication and organizational skills.   This position is a seasonal position.  Along with hourly wage, it is a gratuity earning position. Being part of this vital area of Kitchen service through demonstrating the following: Applying a working level of skill and knowledge of Culinary and Food and Beverage Services Procedures and Policies which include the following: Acts as a lead hand within a small team with low complexity and singular focus. Performs Standard operational activities for internal/external guests Activities are guided by established procedures and quality standards Provides information regarding own operational area Responds to internal/external guest queries based on functional area Upon consultation, provides input on process and procedure improvements Ensures own activities meet established quality standards. Qualifications: Minimum two years experience in Culinary Ability to professionally and effectively resolve employee and guest issues. Experience to effectively manage conflicting priorities Understand and the ability to practice Delta's Core Values Responsible, reliable and honest  Self motivated with ability to work well without supervision. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required Bilingual (French) an asset Graduate of a recognized Culinary program is an asset Inter-provincial Red Seal would be an asset
