Job Purpose (Job Summary):

This position will help support Invesco's Financial Planning & Analysis function by providing financial planning, analysis, management reporting and related support on an annual, quarterly, monthly and ad hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities / Duties: Prepare FP&A schedules and analysis, including (but not limited to):

Annual budget versus actual reporting

Monthly Cost Center Manager reports

Monthly Travel Reports

Travel capitalization

Monthly headcount reportingProvide FP&A process and systems maintenance support including (but not limited to):

Initial budget file creation 

Update Internal Budget and Actual Posting System 

Project Reporting System Maintenance 

Cost Center Number MaintenanceRespond to inquiries related to work performed or analysis provided.

Identify and make suggestions for improvements to ongoing FP&A processes and procedures.

Assist in training new staff as needed.

Work Experience / Knowledge: BS in Accounting and/or Finance preferred.

2+ years of accounting experience with a concentration in management reporting and analysis.

Prior experience in investment management or financial services a plus.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word.

Knowledge of Oracle and/or Clarity a plus.

Strong communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation.

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required: Advanced Excel knowledge.

Ability to communicate/escalate important issues.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a complex team across global functional organization.

Excellent time management and organization skills.

Multi-task oriented in a flexible and high pressure environment.
